HOTEL
BOOKING CONDITIONS/ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only) (the “Hotel”) are accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the hotels’ websites and payments via payment gateway systems through KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only).
By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only) with whom you elect to deal. You understand that any violation of any such Terms of Use may result in cancellation of your reservations, in your being denied access to any hotels, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservations and KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only) debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
You will be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this website, and, without limitation, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed by others on your behalf, whether or not such uses were performed with your consent. We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the site may be governed by additional Terms and Conditions. Where this is the case, you will be notified accordingly of those additional Terms and Conditions.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
When reserving a room your name, address, arrival- and departure time and method of payment are required.
A room reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received an electronic reservation confirmation number.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error. KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only) reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not follow our terms & conditions. Booking cancellation policies and their penalty charges including terms & conditions are different and stated individually by each offer, rate, promotion, and packages throughout the website.
Should you like to contact us regarding your reservation you may also email us on rsvn@kudohotel.com mentioning your booking reference number, name and dates of your stay.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Each rate booked at KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only) is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations under the circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.
In addition, we also reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our Terms and Conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early, a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked. In the cases of the aforementioned booking cancellations, KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only) has no obligation to guarantee new available bookings or best rates. A new booking at the best available rate will need to be made by the guest at the time of the new reservation.
FOR NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING
- No cancellations or Amendments. Full pre-payment must be received immediately to confirm your booking.
- No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay.
- Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Full or part payments for Travel Arrangements may be made either by,
- Bank Transfer – If paid via bank transfer, all additional charges and fees related to the transfer will be borne by you. The amount must be transferred in advance before check in, only after our accounting department confirms the amount in the bank we can allow guests to check in.
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Union Pay)/ Debit Card – The credit card authorization form can be provided by us on your request. Please note that you have to return to us duly filled and signed credit card authorization form, either through email or fax, along with a copy of your credit card (both sides should be copied) to process the said payment. Depending on the booking payment terms, you may pay by credit or debit card at the time of arrival.
- Cash Payment.
FINAL PAYMENT
The balance of payment due for Your Hotel Accommodation, if any, must be paid by you before leaving the hotel.
CHANGES TO THE BOOKING
If you wish to change the date of reservation, it can be done by sending a mail to rsvn@kudohotel.com. If the online rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is less than the original rate, the excess money can be utilized against extra expenditure at the hotel during your stay. If the online rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is higher than the original rate, the balance must be paid by you before departure.
Date changes will be done subject to availability.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport Transfers can be arranged. We would require your confirmed flight details to arrange and confirm airport transfers and rates for the same. Please send the details rsvn@kudohotel.com.
Relocation
In the rare unexpected event whereby the property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, the property will comply with its standard of obligation by undertaking to relocate guests into an alternative property of equal or better grading at no expense to the guest. Should there not be a property of equal or better grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide guests with a property of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to the guest.
The alternatives offered are at the property’s discretion. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a standard other than offered under this condition, then the guest will be required to pay any difference.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the reservation at this point, we will do so without any penalties and refund the full amount (minus any bank charges).
BOOKING (RESERVATION) DISPUTS
If a dispute arises in regards to a reservation made with any KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only), it has the sole authority to cancel the reservation by informing the guest via email. The reservation amount will be refunded in full minus any bank charges.
In such instances, we will ensure this is of a similar or superior standard.
BREAKAGES AND DAMAGES
As a guest you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you, your guest in the hotel room or in hotel premises. This applies also to the hotel furniture and other equipment, other guests in the hotel or their property.
The responsibility for causing damage is determined by general principles.
It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the hotel before departure and to indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.
BEHAVIOR
We follow good manners and hotel rules at the hotel. In case of breaking these rules you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.
For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private hotel premises such as hotel rooms and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.
COMPLAINTS
We would wish to resolve amicably any reasonable complaint that we receive relating to the standard of service or accommodation arrangements.
If your complaint cannot be resolved locally you must follow this up by writing a formal complaint letter to us within 28 days of your return home incorporating all other relevant information. It is a condition of this agreement that you communicate any problem relating to the standard of service or accommodation arrangements to KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only). If still not resolved then follow this up with a written complaint. If you fail to follow this simple procedure, we cannot accept responsibility as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the matter.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
All information provided by you should be true and accurate. We will treat it confidentially and not forward it to any third party. We have a strict anti-fraud policy and take responsible steps to protect personal information such as credit card details.
IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN
Original identification is required at the time of check-in. Hotel vouchers can be shown either in printed or digital form. Thai national ID or Driving License required for all Thai guests staying at KUDO Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only).
All foreigners need to provide original passports along with their immigration slip (T.M. 6) number.
VALIDITY
The above terms and conditions are valid from the October 2024.
BEACH CLUB & RESTAURANT
GENERAL ADMISSION
Admission to the beach club is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest at our discretion. Guests must be at least 15 years old to enter. Management reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the beach club for operational or safety reasons.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are recommended and can be made online Click here or by contacting our reservations team at info@kudophuket.com or via WhatsApp at +66 0 659827956. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
CANCELLATIONS
All bookings and reservations at the beach club are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to personal reasons, changes in travel plans, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. By making a reservation or booking, you agree to this non-refundable policy and understand that no refunds but credits or rescheduling options will be provided.
PAYMENT
All prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Any damages or losses caused by guests to the property will be charged accordingly.
CONDUCT
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to others. Any form of disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, aggression, or vandalism, will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises who fails to comply with these terms.
CHILDREN
Our beach club is an adults-only environment. Guests must be 15 years or older to enter around the pool. We do not allow children on the premises to maintain a serene and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
In the dining area, children must be supervised by parents or guardians who are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children within the premises.
PETS
Pets are not permitted within the beach club.
FOOD and BEVERAGE
No outside food or beverages are allowed within the beach club. We offer a variety of dining and beverage options on-site. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests aged 20 and over (or as per the legal drinking age of the location).
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The beach club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Any items found on the premises will be held in our lost and found for 3 months. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity or disposed of after this period.
DAYBED, CABANA, AND SOFA
Daybeds, cabanas, and sofas are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved in advance. Unoccupied beds may be released after a certain period of inactivity.
Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limits for Daybeds (4 pax), cabanas(4 pax), and sofas(6 pax) as set by the management.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Guests are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines, including any local or national COVID-19 regulations in effect. Swimming is at your own risk. We have no lifeguards, and the beach club is not liable for any accidents or injuries.
FORCE MAJEURE
The beach club shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be made available on our website and at the beach club.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
